yarrow is a member of the sunflower family, and its healing properties include aiding in digestion, lessening swelling, and aiding in the healing of wounds. yarrow can be applied topically or taken internally, and is safe to combine with other herbs. it grows abundantly in the northern hemisphere and has traditional uses among many communities and cultures. sprinkle flowers in a hot bath to reduce cramps and sore muscles.
