about ash

ash alberg (they/them) is a multidisciplinary award-winning artist, educator/mentor, community builder, curator, entrepreneur, advocate, and author of multiple books. ash’s work consistently centres around the themes of sustainability, ritual, passion, and storytelling. they are forever drawn to learning new ways to nourish the wider world’s spirit and wellbeing, and explore this through both new digital methodologies as well as traditional heirloom hand-based practices. 

ash’s background and training in theatre and collaborative devising have led to a lifetime of creating new worlds for their audience to walk through and engage with, whether that be via a printed book, a digital archive, or a literal place-based interactive installation. see some of ash’s worlds below.
