manitoba fibre trail shop preview!
this year, manitoba fibre festival is looking a little bit different. due to social distancing necessities as we all do our best to combat covid-19 case numbers, we’re spreading out this year with the manitoba fibre trail! it’s going to be a fun weekend with many available locations and vendors, and luckily we’ll have a handy-dandy map to help you plan out your travels. as the caseloads here in manitoba continue to change rapidly, i recommend figuring out which vendors you definitely want to check out and then keeping an eye on their socials leading up to/on the festival dates (september 11-13) since social distancing protocols may change on the day.
as for me, i’ll be hosting myself here at tiny coven studios, but there won’t be a booth or displays set up for browsing. i’m very grateful to be running an online biz these days, because it means i can continue providing you all with beautiful sustainable goods and supplies without needing to be in close physical proximity. which brings us to this - a great big shop update in advance of the fibre trail! at 8am winnipeg time on friday, september 4, the shop will be filled with oodles of new yarn, a new knitter’s joint massage oil (100% plant-based for those of you who have been missing out on the magic of the regular knitter’s joint salve), cross stitch kits from junebug & darlin, plus restocks on many of your favourites. place your orders online in advance of the fibre trail, select the “MANITOBA FIBRE TRAIL PICK UP” selection at shipping, and i’ll have your order ready for you to swing by and grab from outside the house (or choose regular shipping if you won’t be able to join us in-person).
